Peter and John replied, "Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God's sight to obey you rather than God. For we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard." — Acts 4:19-20
Musings on Today's Verse....
We can't contain what we've encountered in Jesus. We can't resist the opportunity to tell about what we've listened. No ruler, no risk, has possessed the capacity to totally stop the voice of God from being heard through his kin's witness. Offering our confidence happens out of the flood of our encounters in Christ and our association with Christ. When we impart our confidence thusly, the credibility of our witness can be dismisses or scorned, however it can't be eradicated. We have encountered God's work in our lives. How could we keep noiseless? We cannot!
